iKnow Church

iKnow Church is the online tool used to schedule our rotas at St Mark's. Please use the image below to log into our secure iKnow system. You can use this to:

  • Find details of your roles and rota at St Mark's Church;
  • Let us know if you are unavailable for any reason, such as a holiday;
  • If you are the administrator for a team, you can schedule and amend individual's rotas.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions

Login: if you have not received a personal invitation, please contact office@stmarksreigate.co.uk to request one. You log into the system with your email address and the password you set.

Home Screen

The dashboard (home screen) is the first place you see when you log in – you can view your Rota from here but not alter it. To return to the dashboard from exploring the system click on top left hand dial image.

  • "Your Dashboard" can be personalised
  • Scroll over the groups of people and look for ‘Teams’ – click on this
  • Your display will show all the ‘Teams’ you belong to on the Left – click on the one you wish to see
  • The top Row should now say ‘rota, people’ – Click on ‘Rota’

You should now see 3 columns. In the Middle will be ‘Roles’ & a warning – DO NOT TOUCH this Column, it could destroy the Rota. On the Right Hand Side, you will see ‘View Rota’ and ‘Edit Rota’

To add your name – Click on ‘Edit Rota’ – the rota will appear with the role/s along the top and dates down the Left hand side. At each date/role is ‘add person’ Click and a drop down menu will list the Team Members – scroll to find your name and click. You are now automatically added to the Rota.

To remove your name, click on the small ‘x’ by your entry.

To enable this system to work you have all been given access to amend the Rota – please do not change anyone else’s name unless you have agreed a swop.

Holidays & Unavailability

Please click on the ‘me’ on the top line of the dashboard – this will take you to your profile. You can add a photo, update your email, telephone and details here including, on the right hand side add your holiday or ‘unavailable dates’. This will ensure you are not timetabled when not available or double booked! So please take a moment to keep this up to date.
